The project evolved from a bot with an AI agent into a full-fledged Telegram Mini App with Web3 quizzes, NFT minting, and viewing transaction history on Polygon.

Overview

This project was designed to address two core problems:

1. Most newcomers drop off before they ever create a wallet or make their first on-chain action — Web3 feels risky and confusing.
2. Ecosystem teams lack a simple, reusable tool to onboard users in familiar channels like Telegram.

Goal

1. Help non-crypto users safely take their first steps in Web3 from inside Telegram.
2. Reduce drop-off between “learning about crypto” and actually creating a wallet / doing an on-chain action.
3. Give ecosystems a reusable onboarding funnel (quizzes, badges, guidance) that can be localised to different markets.
4. Collect structured data about user progress to improve onboarding flows over time.

Tasks

1. Define the core flows that need to be covered: education, quizzes, wallet creation, NFT minting and activity history.
2. Design the UX for the bot and the Telegram Mini App, keeping it friendly for complete beginners.
3. Implement and test the MVP (AI chatbot + backend) and then evolve it into a full Mini App with Web3 features.
4. Run user tests and internal dogfooding to validate that people understand the flows and can complete key actions.
5. Prepare the system for future experiments: analytics, content updates, new networks and reward mechanics.
